A small compact plant with bold irregularly striped foliage brings a tropical effect to the home or patio. Most of its green leaves are streaked with creamy gold whereas others are primarily yellow with some green stripes. Each leaf has its own interesting variegation. Pink tipped white drooping flower clusters appear in spring. Slightly arching stout stems hold the 2 ft. L lance shaped evergreen leaves which grow at intervals along the stem. Outdoor winter hardy only in USDA Plant Zones 8-10 in all other areas grow indoors in a large pot as a house plant.
