It’s made of a soft durable and breathable cotton with polyester blend and machine washable and dryable. It’s lightweight and easy to work with. This batting includes a scrim binder that keeps fibers stable. This allows you to use wider spacing between your quilting stitches up to 8 inch to 10 inch apart. This Natural Blend 80/20 batting has an expected shrinkage of 3 to 5 percent. It has a 1/16 inch soft loft creating less resistance when hand quilted and produces a comfortable finished look. This Pellon Nature’s Touch Batting is ideal for quilters who want cotton with the added benefit of wash-ability and good stitch definition.
