The rails and posts are 1″ schedule 40 pipe and constructed in 6061 T6 aluminum alloy. It also comes in a powder coat paint finish and a high visibility safety yellow color. It has a standard self-closing and latching gate protected opening at all times. The locking mechanism has cast aluminum and spring hinges and all fasteners. You can also choose the Type RL2-S in different sizes to accommodate any roof opening and you can also install it on a new or existing hatch and fire vent. You can also avail of this product in a light gray powder coat finish or custom colors on a special order basis with minimum order quantity restrictions.
