It is formulated with dirt pick-up resistance to stay brighter longer for lasting reflectivity. Can be used on all roof slopes with positive drainage. Ideal for metal aged mod-bit and built-up roofing concrete and tile aged TPO and EPDM and over existing acrylic asphalt emulsion and aluminum coatings. No expensive equipment necessary.
