The Austrian Audio OC818 Condenser Microphone Studio Set is a high-end studio microphone complete with a range of accessories. The OC818 is a premium-grade studio mic featuring a multi-pattern dual output design. At the heart of the microphone is a handmade CKR-12 ceramic capsule. This custom edge-terminated capsule is hand-built in Vienna delivering exceptional sonic clarity and an extended frequency range. The dual outputs allow you to record each diaphragm separately. The Studio Set comes complete with the Polar Designer plug-in. This unique plugin provides unprecedented control and tailoring of polar patterns. Select between 1 and 5 bands with selectable crossover points for in-depth tonal control. The front of the microphone features a panel for high-pass filtering and the choice of two analog pads. Additionally the OC818 comes complete with a spider mount launch case mini XLR and a mic clip to get you started.
