The Super Training Bicep Board from Mark Bell Sling Shot is a unique accessory used in conjunction with a standard dumbbell that enables the athlete to more effectively isolate their biceps while curling. The board itself measures 22″ long x 9.5″ wide and features a solid ABS construction with a 1.5″ insertion slot for the dumbbell handle + an embedded safety latch.
