The Boss BR-80 is a fantastic mini recording machine. Using the onboard mic or a 1/4 inch input cable you can record one track at a time. This unit also has multitracking capabilities. Since the device records to an SD card transferring files to a DAW is simple as well. This unit has served me well over the last year and a half but I’m ready to upgrade.
