The 68789 Carpet Tool is a new user-friendly accessory tool for use with backpack vacuums and as a component in commercial kits targeting canisters utilizing compression lock S-Wands. The 68789 has a wide base presentation which helps the tool to slide over carpeted surfaces and walk off mats minimizing the cleaning effort. It fits all standard 1.5″ vacuum hoses and wands. The tool’s nylon brush is designed to groom the carpet surface opening the pile to expose dirt for deeper cleaning. The shoe can be replaced to reduce long-term operating expenses as an alternative to replacing the tool. This version of carpet tool compares favorably to tools costing twice the price and is very similar to Pro-Team’s old EZ-Glide style tool part number 60543/101446. The light weight aluminum construction makes it ideal for use with backpack vacuums wet-dry vacuums and dry vacuums. Lastly this package also includes the 14 Inch Commercial Hard Floor tool so the user can handle both carpeted and hard floor surfaces.
