Crouse-Hinds Thread lubricant is lithium based anti-galling lubricant which cannot be used on exposed current carrying parts. It has excellent adhesion that joins and maintains rain tightness and inhibits corrosion. HTL high temperature lubricant is used on lighting fixture and on threaded joints for the enclosures of any heat producing apparatus or control. Lubricant meets NEC 2008 and Article 300.6 standards.
