Featuring a flow control device to allow enough time for grease separation this ENDURA grease interceptor has a white easy-to-see baffle with a handle to ease inspection or cleaning. The baffle has its own air intake to help improve interceptor performance. A simple cam lever latch system eases cover removal no rusting bolts to strip out or lose and the latch system helps maintain an airtight seal to avoid odor and leakage.
