The system also offers ergonomic headgear for comfort and protection from heat sparks and spatter as well as a wide lens for improved spatial awareness. The 1/1/1/2 optical lens technology enhances weld pool clarity with ultra-clear true color technology. The 2-stage replaceable filter effectively reduces fine particles by over 99.97%. The lithium-ion battery powers the blower system quietly for up to 8 hours between charges. The NIOSH-approved PAPR system includes a push-button airflow adjustment feature providing a range of 170 to 230 liters per minute along with a spark arrestor shield and a 2-stage replaceable filter. Additionally the external grind button allows for convenient switching from welding view to grind view without removing the helmet.
