Also for the treatment of foot rot associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum and Porphyromonas levii in beef and dairy cattle. Indicated for the treatment of acute metritis 0 to 10 days post-partum associated with organisms susceptible to ceftiofur in lactating dairy cattle. For horses for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections caused by susceptible strains of Streptococcus equi ssp. zooepidemicus the most common pathogen isolated from equine respiratory infections.
