The window combines the advantages of a roof window and a roof access window. It is side-hung and therefore side-opening right opening. Once unlocked the sash can be opened to 90. The large size of the roof access window ensures safe and easy access to the roof. A gas spring fitted in the top part of the window makes opening easier holds the sash stable when opened and prevents against accidental closure. Main features: Manufactured in pine and vacuum impregnated. Designed for rooms with periodically elevated humidity levels. Handle positioned in the middle of the sash allows opening or micro-opening. Equipped with the G3 single chamber sun screening glazing unit internal glass toughened and warm spacer. Wide range of internal accessories the same as those for roof windows. Suitable for pitches from 15 – 55. Installed with special flashings. Quick and easy installation without using brackets.
