FloodStop is a Point Of Use leak detection and automatic water shut off system designed for commercial and residential dwellings. Motorized valves are used to automatically shut off the water supply whenever a leak is detected. Installs in minutes. Additional sensors may be added in series. Optional power sources: AC batteries or both. Control unit can be mounted with screws or velcro included. Alarm: beeping with a mute button.
- AC and or battery powered
- 3/4″ Valves are solid brass
- Install onto the manual valves just upstream from the supply hoses at the washer box
- The controller is mounted with screws or Velcro both included
- The water sensor is placed under the washing machine completing the installation in roughly 10 minutes
- With the unit in place it will detect any leak or flooding from the supply hoses or washing machine
- By simply pushing the red button you can shut off the water supply when away from home
