The power rack is a classic piece of fitness equipment extremely versatile and able to work out a wide variety of muscle groups. The functional trainer allows for hundreds of different exercises and with two separate pulley systems two users can train on the G3 at one time. The multi-grip pull-up station allows you to work your core and target different muscle groups with different grip positions. The weight plate loading system is simple and easy to use and means users can load their own plates to the machine weights sold separately. SMITH MACHINE The Smith machine is a staple piece of strength equipment which allows the user to complete barbell exercises on a fixed vertical plane. Using sliding rollers the barbell is kept steady and straight as users push which means they dont need to worry about balancing it. This means the user is free to target specific muscle groups and push themselves further with the safety and security provided by the Smith mechanism. On the G3 the Smith machine can take up to 350kg of weight which suits even the more advanced user. The barbells rest height can be adjusted along the 12 height positions. Four included band pegs may be added to the Smith machine in order to generate further resistance. DUAL PULLEY The dual adjustable pulley is an extremely versatile efficient piece of strength equipment. It uses a weight and pulley system to generate resistance in its cables. The benefits to the user are heightened in a tension-based machine as the resistance is maintained throughout each rep. The functional trainer system on the G3 features super-strong aircraft cables tested up to a massive 907kg. With 16 adjustable height positions there is a near-endless amount of exercises possible and adjustment is extremely simple using the pop-pin mechanism. The cable ratio is 2:1 which means the actual resistance generated is half of the weight added to the loading pins. There are 14 attachments usable with the G3s dual pulley adding variety to your workouts. POWER RACK The power rack is the base for the G3. Its high-quality steel provides a sturdy safe frame for users to rest their barbells on when completing sets. Squats bench presses rack pulls are examples of the wide range of exercises possible with a power rack. This type of exercise often features compound movements working many different muscle groups. Included are a pair of J-hooks and spotter bars which means the user doesnt need to work out with a partner. These can be adjusted along 62 height positions to provide the user with customisability in the type of workout they want to do as well as to accommodate different user shapes and sizes.
