The G3 ZED 12 is a lightweight high-performance touring binding based off of the much-loved G3 ION. The ZED has an incredible combination of simplicity efficiency and reliability. The ZED truly stands confident in a league of its own with all the power and performance of a much heavier modern touring binding but packs it into a super light and simple package. With its simple design easy-to-use nature and lightweight construction the ZED has quickly become one of our favorite alpine touring bindings. Despite weighing just 680 grams there are lighter bindings out there but if safety-oriented features simplicity and ease of use are more important to you than counting every gram then the ZED will likely become one of your favorites as well.
