Liberty SBS Self-Adhering Cap Sheet is a durable modified bitumen membrane designed and manufactured to meet industry and code requirements. The product is designed for use as a waterproofing membrane and is reinforced with a polyester mat which is coated with a polymer-modified asphalt.
