The innovative Smart-Rail has two positions: closed and open. While closed it provides support for making adjustments while in bed. In the open position it pivots out from the bed and touches down to the ground to assist in transferring to a standing position. Height adjustable in both positions to accommodate various mattress thicknesses and standing heights. A 16.5 inch gripping surface provides maximize leverage. Easy to install – no tools required. Frame slides between the box spring and mattress secures to bed frame with safety strap. Supports up to 300lbs.
