Fjellkniven from the Norwegian company Helle is a versatile knife that is particularly suitable for use in hunting fishing and other outdoor activities. This knife is made of triple laminated stainless steel which provides an excellent blade and peerless sharpness. The handle is made of solid birch and the knife is supplied in a delightful leather sheath. Helle knives are designed to retain their sharpness throughout their lifespans but it is still important to take good care of your knife and the leather sheath. Clean the handle with a soft cloth if it becomes wet and greasy. Make sure to treat the sheath occasionally with a colourless waterproofing agent and apply leather grease or wax to keep it supple. Dry the leather sheath carefully at room temperature if it becomes wet. Wipe the blade dry when it is wet and treat it with grease from time to time.
