The 2400 Southwest from Hyperlite Mountain Gear is a particularly lightweight yet robust and water-repellent backpack with taped seams and a double bottom made of Dyneema composite hybrid fabric. The Southwest 2400 holds almost 40 litres of luggage inside and a further 10 litres with external pockets and a sophisticated roll-top closure. Ropes trekking poles and similar items can be attached to the lid strap or on the outside. The rucksack has removable aluminium rods a padded back and a wide hip belt with two waterproof zipped pockets. On the outside it has three pockets made of closed stretch fabric so that you won’t get caught so easily.
