The iBasso DX320 is equipped with two flagship DAC chips from ROHM. These DACs provide outstanding spatial sound imaging excellent dynamic range and extremely low distortion for the most accurate lifelike sound. Thanks to more than ten years of audio development experience iBasso has managed to perfectly implement ROHM’s BD34301EKV DAC chips providing the DX320 with reference-class sound. For a particularly clean sound quality free of any noise iBasso has separated the power supply for the digital and for the amplifier section and equipped the DX320 with two batteries. The integrated amplifier module AMP11 MK2s has a 3.5 mm as well as a balanced 2.5 mm and 4.4 mm headphone jack each all of which can also be used as line outs. In addition there is a coaxial output and a USB-C port. The AMP11 module offers an excellent output power of 1200 mW at 32 ohms and is also suitable for very power demanding headphones. The amplifier module can be swapped out if needed and optionally replaced with one with a different sound signature and connectors. In addition to 2.4G and 5G WiFi for use with streaming services the DX320 is also equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless music playback. The 6.5-inch touchscreen display is crisp and color accurate. Operation is extremely smooth even in multi-tasking mode and is designed to be user-friendly down to the last detail. The open Android 11-based operating system allows the installation of any apps. The APKPure store is already installed on the DX320 and downloading and using apps like Spotify Tidal Apple Music or Qobuz is fast and uncomplicated.
