INSL-X Thin Film Lead Block is a water-based elastomeric acrylic coating that provides excellent adhesion elongation and tensile strength characteristics. When applied to a surface bearing lead containing paint this product will seal in the lead paint with a non-toxic thick elastic membrane sheating. Also Lead Block contains Bitex a bitter tasting anti-ingestant which deters children from oral contact.
