Formaldehyde-free insulation is made with proven fiberglass technology and consists of recycled and renewable content including a new organic plant-based binder that has no formaldehyde acrylics or dyes added. It offers the greatest thermal performance. This product is for use in new or existing attic floor/ceiling applications. Kraft-facing serves as a vapor barrier to help manage moisture. Convenient pre-cut batts mean less cutting. It includes tabs for easy stapling to wood framing and good sound absorption. Inorganic glass fiber will not rot mildew or deteriorate.This product has been GREENGUARD certified for superior indoor air quality.
