This paint is formulated for waterproofing above and below grade basement walls masonry walls retaining walls cinder and concrete blocks stucco and brick. This product is ideal for use on above and below grade basement masonry garage and foundation and landscape walls. Use on properly prepared interior or exterior surfaces. Not for use on floors and walls with active water leaks. Do not use over oil-or latex-based paint.
