Leica Geovid R 8×42 Rangefinder Binoculars are designed to be a lightweight solution for daytime hunting. They now have a maximum range of 2000 yards 1800 meters and measurements in either units are selectable in the menu. The field of view is 375′ at 1000 yards which is excellent in a rangefinding binocular of this configuration as is the weight of 33.5 ounces. The Geovid R series are all waterproof and nitrogen purged. The rangefinder is powered by a single CR2 lithium battery.
