The pedal on my original Helix LT broke. I sent it to Line 6 and they replaced it with a brand-new in-the-box unit with reinforced construction. While waiting for this one I purchased a Helix Floor so I do not need this one. Pictured above you can see the seal was intact when I received it and I only cut it to show that there is an actual unit in the box.
