The FF900 Valiant II 180 degree Flip Front Modular Motorcycle Helmet is the most versatile helmet on the market today. The designers at LS2 took a popular concept the 180 degree flip and designed a totally new and unique mechanism allowing the Valiant II to be the smallest lightest helmet of its kind on the market. The FF900 Valiant II shell is constructed from LS2’s proprietary KPA. KPA Kinetic Polymer Alloy is an in house developed blend of poly carbonates and thermoplastics. This blend is an ultra-light weight material which offers a high penetration resistance but still has some flexibility for the ultimate in energy dispersion. The visor fitted on the helmet is highly impact resistant that avoids distortion and offers maximum clarity. LS2’s drop-down sun shield helps protect the rider’s eyes from bright sun and moves up and out of the way quickly and easily if so needed. This all makes for a distortion free and clear sight creating a comfortable riding experience.
