I bought 2 sets but never opened the 2nd. Build in hard drives for recording or can send the audio to android iphone or dslr cameras with its transmitter. Can save the 2 channel audio as one or separate L and R channels dual mono so it can be edited later. The noise cancellation can be a bit extreme to start with so make sure you experiment with this when using to get the right balance. Any questions give me a shout.
