This snare is really cool. It features mountable/ unmountable lugs that allow you to change the batter or reso head without actually having to loosen the tension rods completely. It s quite heavy too. 2.3mm triple flange hoops and a 1.5mm brass shall made in Japan. Is it better than the current recording custom snare Probably. It was made in Japan. Has a Remo Fiberskyn batter and ambassador reso with original Yamaha strainers. I ll upload actual pics of the snare soon. The pic up is the same exact snare I m selling.
