Fathom Lever Drag reels use Penn’s Dura-Drag material which contains a special Phenolic bonding agent that prevents premature breakdown of the carbon fiber material while providing a barrier to water. Each drag washer is pretreated with a special compound developed by PENN engineers to ensure smooth drag performance. Full Metal Body and sideplates. Forged and machined aluminum spool.
