Pettit EZ Prime 6149 is the perfect priming solution when the surface to be painted is pockmarked uneven cracked or in any way imperfect. Suitable substrates are previously painted surfaces fiberglass and wood. When applying on bare wood first coat the surface with 2018 EZ Wood Sealer to provide water resistance and dry rot protection. EZ Primer 6149 dries quickly and offers great sand-ability. With exceptional filling properties this product’s high-build formula allows for a complete one coat application. Only for use above the waterline. Apply any Pettit ZSpar or Shipendec enamel as a topcoat.
