The 804000074 condensate neutralizer kit raises the PH level before it discharges into the drain. Condensate from gas combustion has a very low PH level which can be harmful to septic and sewage systems. It features a re-useable design with a clear chamber for visual inspection of the media inside. The design also allows for easy removal cleaning and media replacement. Mounting brackets are included. A condensate neutralizer should be used on all condensing gas appliances.
