The beveled-edge hand-rubbed black lacquer base is constructed of acoustically-superior 3/4″ MDF and comes with both premium adjustable carpet spikes and polyester feet. The extra thick MDF pillar is wrapped with a real hardwood veneer for the perfect combination of beauty and resonance damping. A unique wire management channel safely hides speaker cables behind the pillar. And the strong but inconspicuous 1/2″ MDF top plate comes with brass speaker studs and neoprene isolation pads.
