Tread The G-One Speed was created as a fast rolling wide road tyre. This low rolling resistance is gained from the tyres stable construction and minimal tread design. The tread is made from a number of small micro knobs that provide grip when needed for bad roads or unkept paths. Tubeless Ready The tyre comes tubeless ready with Schwalbe’s TLE tubeless technology. Addix SpeedGrip Addix SpeedGrip is a multi-compound made of the latest and highest quality polymers. Since the fill levels for silica were significantly increased the mixing process had to be refined. In the centre there is a harderwearing compound and then special mixtures are used on the sides. This increases the grip in turns without having a negative impact on rolling resistance or longevity. V-Guard The insert is made from a specially developed high-tech polymer fibre which is also used for bulletproof and puncture resistant vests. It protects perfectly against cuts and stitches and is extremely light. Neither rolling resistance nor smoothness of the tyre are influenced by V-Guard. The 14 mm wide insert protects the entire tread and thus ensures extremely high puncture resistance. The 3-layer sidewall also reliably protects against cuts.
