This makes it very suited for cycling long distances. There’s shock absorbers located between the deck and the base of the saddle. These absorb vibrations and reduce shaking to a minimum. The extra padding provides a high level of comfort and prevents chafing and pressure. The saddle deck is made of Fibra-Tek. This material is lightweight but also wear resistant and sustainable. The base 7mm diameter is made of TI-316 steel. This type of steel is not only stainless but also 25 percent stronger and 15 percent lighter than commonly used steel types. This makes the Selle Italia DIVA Gel Superflow a comfortable lightweight and sustainable saddle.
