The Sika Sikadur 31 Hi-Mod Gel is a 2-component 100% solids solvent-free moisture-tolerant high-modulus high strength structural epoxy paste adhesive. It conforms to the current ASTM C-881 Types I and IV Grade-3 Class-B/C and AASHTO M-235 specifications.

• For Use Between 40-60F Class C.
• For Use Above 60F. Color: Concrete Gray. Compressive Strength: Varies with Time Temperature. Consistency: Paste. Cure Time: 1.5.
• 2.5 Hours. Elongation at Break: 0.009. Flexural Strength: 6100 psi. Grade ASTM C-881: Grade 3.
• Bonding Hardened Concrete to Hardened Concrete Non-Load Bearing Type IV.
