Developed for modern mountain bike MTB trail riding this chainset is equipped with two aluminium crank arms for exceptional strength and durability. SRAM has also kitted out this version with a single X-SYNC 2 steel chainring that uses its aggressive tooth profile to ensure greater chain retention. As a result you’ll benefit from a smoother more efficient pedal feel. With a focus on long wear-life the X-SYNC 2 Eagle design also reduces friction and the accumulation of mud grit and grime. Same chain retention performance as seen in all of the higher-level Eagle drivetrain cranks.
