Srixon ZX4 Irons ZX4 is the new face of forgiveness. Hollow for distance and sharp at address for game improvement playability without sacrifice. The ZX4’s hollow design gives golfers plenty of forgiveness so that they can strike the ball across the face of the club while still being able to create high shots that fly straight and find their targets. A milled pattern on the backside of ZX4’s face maximizes COR for more ball speed and more distance on every shot. Paired with this is the V-Shaped sole that allows the club to glide smoothly through turf on every shot even if a strike is made slightly behind the ball. ZX5 Irons also feature the resurgence of our popular sole notches. Tungsten has been placed in the in the base of ZX4’s long and mid irons 4i-7i to lower the center of gravity to create a higher launch. Also added to the ZX4 is a forged HT1770 Steel face which creates superior speed and distance while a 431 Steel body absorbs vibration created at the moment of impact for a softer feel. Grooves in the 8i through PW are sharper narrower and deeper for more spin and stopping power on approach shots into the green.
