The inward angled edges increase the intermediate differential prior to drilling and allows the dynamic integrity to be preserved after drilling because the thumb hole misses the weight block. The extra intermediate differential makes the Absolute respond to friction on the lane more effectively and wont miss the spot. R2S Deep is cleaner through the front compared to the flagship R2S formula. This yields a more aggressive shape to the pocket with more overall angle through the pins. The consistency of this shell through the heads is something to be marveled at.
