The new Core V1 Snow Edition case from Thermaltake is a small and compact ITX case with a pre-installed 200mm fan on the front. The smart side panels can be replaced according to preference so that the window is left right or on the top. This allows the air flow to be optimised for cooling or the optimum view inside the housing to be created. You don’t just get a scaffold for a powerful mini system. The Core V1 chassis can accommodate a full gaming system with overclocked components and offers space for extensive cooling components. The cooling potential of the Core V1 Snow Edition is enormous thanks to its extensive options. There are various devices and drill holes for fans and radiators of different sizes. Common AIO and DIY cooling solutions are supported as well as air cooling. For the beginning there is already a huge 200mm fan in the front at the back there is space for up to two 80mm fans. Symmetrical and identical side panels allow you to give the Mini-PC an individual look. The side part with the window can be mounted at the top as well as on the left and right – depending on whether the focus is on optimising the exhaust air or on optics. A removable dust filter under the power supply increases the service life and facilitates cleaning. The Core V1 Snow Edition is designed for high-end component compatibility. Up to 4 hard drives or SSDs can be built into the modular drive bays that are the hallmark of the Core series. A graphics card which occupies up to 2 slots and has a length of up to 260mm fits into the case whereby this then projects past the front cooler. The height of the CPU cooler can be up to 140mm and with a power supply of 180mm length there is still 80mm space for cable management.
