Rough Out needed 12-1/4″ x 36-1/4″ Overall end of flange to end of flange 14″ x 38″ Window Dept 3″ 1″ in front of flange 2″ behind flange 3.2 mils thick Low E Tempered Glass Low E Coating is Triple-Silver MSVD 3.2 mils thick low-E tempered Glass with no gas fill. The low E coating is Triple-Silver MSVD which offers high VTL with low reflectance. U Value is 0.265 with a visible light transmittance VLT of 61%. The Low E glass will reduce condensation on window it also minimizes the amount of harmful ultraviolet and infrared light that can cause materials in the home to fade. The Low E glass coating will also reduce the cost of heating lighting and cooling cost of a building. Frame is constructed of maintenance free vinyl PVC which will not wrap peel or corrode.
