Warranty: Should a woodenware item (other than our seconds) fail, we are happy to work with you to make the issue right. However, we do require pictures and a receipt to validate your purchase and subsequent replacement. Misuse of woodenware to include bowls, steins, cutting boards, etc., voids any and all warranty. Misuse includes but is not limited to washing in the dishwasher, soaking in water, burning, dropping, or freezing products as well as not maintaining products needing block oil.

Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it or provide a gift certificate, however we are unable to give refunds. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the purchase or 10 days of delivery and as long as the item has not been used.

Please note that soda type items are non-refundable once they have been shipped, particularly if damage is due to freezing temperatures or damage that can occur due to how the package is handled once it has been shipped. Freezing temperatures begin in October and can continue thru April in Alaska. We are not able to add warmers to our packages that can withstand our cold temperatures here in Alaska for shipping.  

Soda items are not eligible for free shipping in Alaska, we will send you an invoice for payment prior to shipping these items.
