Amish Country Popcorn is grown on a family owned farm in the US that is committed to keeping popcorn simple and natural- which means never growing genetically modified popcorn and keeping it free of preservatives. All popcorn comes in a 14oz bottle. 

 

Rainbow ~ A blend of Amish Country Popcorn favorites. Pop the kernels for a fun snack, or use them as decoration. Colored kernels will be white or yellow once popped. 

Baby White ~ Hulless, crispy, small, and very white. Baby White is similar to Medium White with smaller kernels. It’s delicious with salt and butter and pairs well with a variety of seasonings. 

Medium White ~ Hulless with larger popped kernels, and is typically described as full, crispy, and very white. It’s delicious with salt and butter and pairs well with a variety of seasonings or sweet glazes. 

Baby Yellow ~ The Baby Yellow is similar to Medium Yellow, but with smaller kernels. It is a crunchier and is delicious with salt and butter (movie theater style), and pairs well with a variety of seasonings. 

Medium yellow ~ Crunchy and dense. This nostalgic variety is similar to the Extra Large Caramel Type and Baby Yellow. It is delicious served “movie theater style,” with butter and salt, or with a variety of seasonings and glazes.

Extra Large Caramel Type ~Its large size and crispy texture make it perfect for sweet glazes. It is delicious with butter and seasonings as well. For best results pop at a higher temperature.

Mushroom ~ Pops into a circular or mushroom shape and is larger and crunchier. Mushroom popcorn is perfect for fun recipes like caramel corn and pairs well with a variety of seasonings and glazes. This popcorn is not hulless. For best results pop at a higher temperature. This creates more mushroom-shaped kernels and leaves less un-popped corn. 

Ladyfinger ~ Hulless, small, and tender, it has been said to “melt in your mouth” and is perfect for people with sensitive teeth. The kernels are easy to pop and are delicious with butter and salt, kettle corn style, or with a variety of seasonings. This variety is quite small, as such we do not recommend using it for air popping.

Red ~ Pops into a healthy, crunchy snack. Has fewer hulls and medium sized kernels. Red popcorn has a unique taste and pairs well with a variety of seasonings. Colored kernels will be white or yellow once popped.

Blue ~ Medium to large in size and has a unique, sweet flavor. Blue popcorn is also higher in antioxidants and has less hulls . Try it with salt and butter, or or a variety of seasonings. For best results, this corn should be popped at a higher temperature. Colored kernels will be white or yellow once popped.
